Якщо ви використовуєте застосунок від імені господарства чи іншої організації, ви підтверджуєте, що маєте право прийняти ці умови від її імені.By downloading or using Agro CRM, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you use the application for a farm or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. Призначення Agro CRM2. Purpose of Agro CRM
Agro CRM надає інструменти для обліку полів і сезонів, планування робіт, керування запасами, пальним, технікою та командою, а також для обліку врожаю, продажів, витрат, аналітики й звітів. Доступні функції можуть залежати від версії застосунку, ролі користувача та активного плану підписки.Agro CRM provides tools for field and season records, work planning, inventory, fuel, machinery and team management, and for recording harvest, sales, expenses, analytics, and reports. Available features may depend on the application version, user role, and active subscription plan.
3. Професійні рішення та погодні дані3. Professional decisions and weather data
Застосунок є інструментом обліку та планування. Він не замінює професійний агрономічний висновок, інструкції виробників, вимоги безпеки чи законодавства. Ви самостійно перевіряєте дози, строки, сумісність матеріалів, стан техніки та умови виконання робіт.The application is a recordkeeping and planning tool. It does not replace professional agronomic judgment, manufacturer instructions, safety requirements, or applicable law. You are responsible for verifying rates, timing, material compatibility, machinery condition, and work conditions.
Прогнози погоди надаються стороннім системним сервісом і можуть бути неповними, неточними або змінюватися. Попередження про умови роботи мають інформаційний характер. Перед польовою операцією перевіряйте локальний прогноз і фактичні умови.Weather forecasts are provided by a third-party system service and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or subject to change. Work-condition notices are informational. Check the local forecast and actual conditions before carrying out a field operation.
4. Підписки, пробний період і оплата4. Subscriptions, trial, and payment
Підписки купуються та обробляються Apple через App Store. Перед підтвердженням покупки застосунок показує назву плану, строк, доступні функції, повну ціну поновлення та, якщо доступно, тривалість безплатного пробного періоду.Subscriptions are purchased and processed by Apple through the App Store. Before you confirm a purchase, the application displays the plan name, duration, included features, full renewal price, and, when available, the length of the free trial.
- оплата списується з вашого Apple Account після підтвердження;payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation;
- підписка автоматично поновлюється, якщо її не скасувати щонайменше за 24 години до завершення поточного періоду;the subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period;
- керувати підпискою, змінити план або скасувати поновлення можна в налаштуваннях підписок Apple;you can manage, change, or cancel the subscription in Apple’s subscription settings;
- право на пробну або вступну пропозицію визначає Apple.Apple determines eligibility for trials and introductory offers.
Після завершення доступу записи не видаляються та залишаються доступними для перегляду й експорту. Створення і редагування, імпорт та відновлення резервних копій можуть бути обмежені. Умови повернення коштів визначає Apple.When access ends, your records are not deleted and remain available to view and export. Creating and editing, importing, and restoring backups may be restricted. Apple determines refund eligibility.
5. Ваші дані та резервні копії5. Your data and backups
Ви зберігаєте права на дані, які вводите в Agro CRM. Ви відповідаєте за їх точність, законність, належні дозволи на обробку даних працівників і контрагентів та за безпечне зберігання експортів.You retain your rights to the data you enter in Agro CRM. You are responsible for its accuracy and legality, for obtaining appropriate permission to process employee and counterparty information, and for securely storing exports.
Синхронізація iCloud не є заміною окремої резервної копії. Регулярно створюйте резервні копії важливих записів, особливо перед видаленням даних, зміною Apple Account або пристрою.iCloud synchronization is not a substitute for a separate backup. Create regular backups of important records, especially before deleting data or changing your Apple Account or device.
6. Командний доступ6. Team access
Власник або директор організації відповідає за запрошення учасників, призначення ролей, дозволів і своєчасне відкликання доступу. Учасник повинен користуватися лише тим доступом, який йому надано, та захищати свій Apple Account і пристрій.The organization owner or Director is responsible for inviting participants, assigning roles and permissions, and revoking access when appropriate. Participants must use only the access granted to them and protect their Apple Account and device.
7. Допустиме використання7. Acceptable use
Ви не повинні використовувати Agro CRM для порушення закону або прав інших осіб, обходу технічних обмежень, поширення шкідливого коду, втручання в роботу застосунку чи сервісів Apple або отримання несанкціонованого доступу до чужих даних.You must not use Agro CRM to violate the law or the rights of others, circumvent technical restrictions, distribute harmful code, interfere with the application or Apple services, or gain unauthorized access to another person’s data.
8. Доступність і зміни8. Availability and changes
Ми прагнемо підтримувати надійну роботу Agro CRM, але не гарантуємо безперервну або безпомилкову доступність. Функції, що залежать від інтернету, iCloud, карт, погоди або App Store, можуть бути тимчасово недоступні з причин поза нашим контролем.We aim to keep Agro CRM reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features that depend on the internet, iCloud, maps, weather, or the App Store may be temporarily unavailable for reasons beyond our control.
Ми можемо виправляти, оновлювати або змінювати застосунок для безпеки, сумісності та розвитку функцій. Істотні зміни цих умов будуть опубліковані на цій сторінці.We may fix, update, or change the application for security, compatibility, and feature development. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page.
9. Відмова від гарантій і відповідальність9. Disclaimer and liability
У межах, дозволених застосовним законодавством, Agro CRM надається «як є» та «за наявності». Ми не гарантуємо конкретного господарського, фінансового або агрономічного результату. Ми не відповідаємо за рішення, прийняті лише на підставі записів, розрахунків, прогнозів чи сповіщень застосунку, або за втрати, спричинені відсутністю належної резервної копії.To the extent permitted by applicable law, Agro CRM is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee a particular farming, financial, or agronomic result. We are not responsible for decisions made solely from application records, calculations, forecasts, or notices, or for loss caused by failure to maintain an appropriate backup.
Жодне положення цих умов не обмежує права споживача або відповідальність, яку не можна виключити відповідно до закону.Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Припинення використання та контакт10. Ending use and contact
Ви можете припинити використання застосунку будь-коли. Перед видаленням Agro CRM за потреби експортуйте дані та скасуйте підписку в налаштуваннях Apple — видалення застосунку саме по собі не скасовує підписку.You may stop using the application at any time. Before deleting Agro CRM, export your data if needed and cancel the subscription in Apple settings; deleting the application does not itself cancel a subscription.
